Smoked Tasmanian Salmon with capers, red onion and Turkish bread

Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni with Roma tomato coulis and Parmesan shards
Seafood Filo tart with fresh herb salad

MAIN COURSES
Grilled Barramundi Fillet with nut brown almond butter served with mash potato
and fresh broccolini
Chicken Breast on Roma tomato and English spinach risotto with balsamic jus and
fresh asparagus
Roast Sirloin of Beef with a herb and garlic crust, mushroom and cabernet jus
served with roast potatoes and green beans
Slow roasted Pork Rack filled with apple and dried apricot stuffing and a walnut
crust on mash potato with broccolini and mustard gravy
