Artichoke and Asparagus Risotto topped with seared Atlantic salmon
Pumpkin and Walnut ravolini with roma tomato and basil sauce topped with parmesan

Chicken Satay Stick on a bed of jasmine rice
Vegetarian Tart with a fresh herb salad

MAIN COURSES
Chicken Breast on a polenta and pine nut cake with glazed carrots, green beans
topped with a seeded mustard sauce
Veal Medallion on a potato rosti, fresh broccoli and topped with a creamy
mushroom sauce
Pepper and Mustard Crusted Sirloin with garlic mash, green beans and a cognac
and peppercorn sauce
Grilled Fish fillet served with steamed jasmine rice, carrots and pak choy, topped
with a lemon Beurre Blanc

Bailey’s Cheesecake on a scorched almond biscuit base served with ice cream
